Tara is the daughter to her parents, along with twin siblings and another brother. Both her parents run daycare center owners and are teachers. However, born in America, she has English, Scottish, French, Italian, and Hungarian descent

Since she started acting at the young age of six, she went to the Professional Children’s School, which is in Manhattan. Along with her, actors like Macaulay Caulkin, Christina Ricci, Donald Faison, Sarah Michelle Geller, and Jerry O’Connell.

Tara started her career as an actor when she was only six years old, in Child’s Play, which is a game show. Since then, she has appeared in more than 100 tv commercials for brands like McDonald’s Jell-O, Crayola, and also Milton Bradley. She also appeared in Saved by the Bell: The New Class.

After she grew up, in 1998, she got her big break with the movie The Big Lebowski. Although the film didn’t do well, it became a cult hit. But that same year, she also appeared in a commercially successful film called Urban Legend and Cruel Intentions. 

But Tara Reid really got a taste of success when she played the role of Vickie in the highly famous movie American Pie and all of its sequels. 

After the success she got from American Pie, it was no looking back for her. She starred in more mainstream commercial movies like Josie and the Pussycats, Dr. T & the Women, and My Boss’s Daughter. 

Moving forward, she did movies like Alone in the Dark, If I Had Known I Was A Genius and Clean Break/Unnatural Causes. She also was a part of season 8 of Celebrity Big Brother. But after getting eliminated early, she appeared in movies like the Sharknado series and Charlie’s Farm.

Back in 2000, Tara Reid, met Carson Daly, and the two started dating each other. They were living together and were also engaged, only a few months of dating, but they eventually broke off the engagement in 2001. 

Then in 2010, Tara was reportedly dating Michael Axtmann, an entrepreneur, who proposed to her. They were also engaged to be married, but according to sources, Tara broke off the engagement without any formal explanation of why. 

In late 2010, Reid was dating Michael Lillelund, a Danish businessman, but nothing came out of that relationship. Then 2011, in August, Tara Reid reported that she was married to Zachary Kehayov, a Bulgarian financier, but within months she said that she was not married legally. 

Lastly, it was heard that she was dating an executive Ted Dhanik, since 2017. But no further news of the relationship is known.
